Dr. Baalman is great. I have been going to him over 20 years now. Very personable, and helpful, great service from all staff.  I have Astigmatism. I had tried to go somewhere else many years ago, and they stated I still had 20/20 vision and nothing else, but I knew that wasn't the case. I went back to Dr. Baalman and he was able to get me setup with glasses and contact for my Astigmatism  and it was a painless and quick process.​​​​​​​

Dr. Baalman and his team were incredible! I recently switched my eye care to them, and my first visit was so informative. I truly felt like my concerns were heard, and they took the time to provide additional education along the way.​​​​​​​

I’m getting older. I’m retired and my vision is a vital part of my ability to enjoy life’s adventures. Dr Baalman and his staff use every resource to ensure I SEE the best I can. Baalman eye care center exceeds expectations, everyone is extremely kind and respectful. I have never received more care for my vision along with a great referral when it comes to more detailed look at any underlying condition with my vision.​​​​​​​

The team is amazing. They explain what they are doing and why, explain possible treatment options and ensure that any issues, big or small are handled and all questions answered. Also, as a bonus when picking out glasses they have someone that helps find the right frame for your face - I usually just look in a mirror and hope for the best but they take your face shape and style into consideration and offer up great options.​​​​​​​

Dr. Baalman has worked miracles with my keratoconus condition. I have never worn hard contacts or any kind of contacts in my life. When he mentioned it, I actually rejected the idea for a few months. But the condition was about to keep me from being able to drive.​​​​​​​

Dr. Baalman is the most thorough and thoughtful eye doctor I've ever seen. He is professional and personable and really explains what is going on with my eyes. Staff is great as well. The optician in the practice is Becky and she is equally helpful in finding just the right frames for you and making sure you understand the options, without being pushy, trying to upsell you all the time.
